Weighing just 1.7 pounds and measuring just 0.28″ thin, the Surface Pro X features an anodized aluminum design with carbon composite fanless thermal cooling. The display also supports 10-point touch, so you can take full advantage of the multi-touch gestures incorporated into Windows 10 Home. The Qualcomm-powered Microsoft SQ2 processor can perform demanding tasks. It also has Adreno 690 graphics. The Surface Pro X has 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM, a 512GB SSD, a nano-SIM card slot, LTE Advanced Pro, Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Bluetooth 5.0, a 5MP front-facing camera with Windows Hello face authentication sign-in, a 10MP rear-facing camera with 4K video recording and autofocus, and dual integrated microphones for Cortana, Microsoft’s intelligent assistant. Powered by artificial intelligence and the onboard neural engine, Eye Contact helps to adjust your gaze on video calls so you appear to be looking directly into the camera. Thanks to its Qualcomm Snapdragon X24 LTE Modem, the Surface Pro X is designed to work on select GSM and CDMA networks and is Gigabit LTE Advanced Pro capable. LTE is an advanced cellular network data protocol capable of data speeds so fast that they compete with wired broadband internet providers. With an LTE connection, the Surface Pro X should have no problem streaming HD video, downloading apps, uploading photos, or anything else that requires a high-speed data connection. In addition to cellular wireless, the Surface Pro X also features Bluetooth, NFC, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The Surface Pro X is carrier unlocked.
