Shipping Information

Q. How long does it take to receive my order after I have placed it online?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 10 hours upon reception of your order and payment. On items displayed on the website are available for shipment, But in case we do not have them, We cam order from suppliers once you place your request online and are delivered upon stock availability with the brand/supplier.

Q. What are your shipping and handling rates?

Shipping rates are fixed, We charge $100 for any shipment placed on our website above $300

Q. What if I need to change my address or suspend delivery of my order?

Please contact us within the same day. We’ll be happy to serve you.

Q. How can I track my order?
